CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPAREL:

• Wash garments inside out, on cold water settings and no heat! This will ensure your garment will stay perfect!

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to our products being made to order. The only exception is if there is a quality error on our end. Please reach out to us if there is an issue with your item within 7 business days. We will make sure to resolve it!

RECEIVED PART OF YOUR ORDER:

• We use a few different printing partners, please email vampaiddesigns@gmail.com for a second tracking number. 

I NEED TO EDIT MY ORDER:

• Unfortunately once the order is submitted we are unable to edit or cancel an order. Please make sure sizing and address information is all correct before placing an order.

THE DESIGN I WANT IS NOT ON A T-SHIRT, SWEATSHIRT, ETC:

• For example: theres a design you like on a T-Shirt, but you want it on a sweatshirt instead. Please email vampaiddesigns@gmail.com and I can make it work :)
